1. What these terms apply to
These terms apply to every order you place with us through cxplusai.com. You can read them before you check out; by completing the order you agree to them.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros. For books, e-books and printed materials, VAT is included. For services such as an advisory session or a masterclass, prices are exclusive of VAT; that 21% is added to the amount visibly in the cart before you pay.
Shipping costs are added separately and are shown before you check out. Obvious errors or mistakes in a price are not binding on us.
3. The agreement
The purchase is concluded at the moment your payment is confirmed. You will then receive a confirmation by email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and otherwise contact us.
4. Payment
You can pay by iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Payment is handled by Mollie B.V., a Dutch payment service provider. We do not receive or store any card details ourselves.
Business customers can request an invoice. Payment on invoice is due within fourteen days of the invoice date.
5. Delivery
Digital products
An e-book or digital material is available immediately after payment. You receive an email that opens your library at read.cxplusai.com. There you choose the language yourself.
Printed products
The CX+AI hardcover is currently sold as a pre-order. That means you pay now and we ship as soon as the book arrives from the printer. You will get an email as soon as the shipping date is known.
You can cancel a pre-order free of charge as long as we have not shipped. Send an email to kevin@goodventure.nl and you will get the full amount back within fourteen days.
If we cannot deliver within thirty days of your order and we do not agree a new deadline together, you may cancel the purchase and we will refund everything.

One rate per order, regardless of the number of items. Orders containing only digital products or services are free of shipping costs. A discount code applies to the products and not to the shipping costs.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days to change your mind. How that works and when it does not apply is set out on the right of withdrawal page.
7. Copyright
The books, templates, canvases and other materials are protected by copyright. You buy a personal right of use: you may read them, print them and use them within your own organisation.
You may not distribute, resell or publish them, or incorporate them in full into third-party material. If you want to use them in a training course or programme, get in touch; there is almost always a way.
8. Complaints
If something is wrong, let us know at kevin@goodventure.nl. We respond within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint through the European ODR platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
