Fourteen days to change your mind

If you buy something from us at a distance, you have fourteen days to change your mind. You do not have to give a reason.

For a printed book or other tangible product, that period starts on the day you receive it. If you have several items in one order, the day you receive the last item counts.

How to do it

1. Email kevin@goodventure.nl within fourteen days to say you want to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the model form below, but a plain email is enough.
2. Return the product within fourteen days of that notification, in the condition in which you received it.
3. We refund the full amount, including the shipping costs you paid on the order, within fourteen days of receiving your notification. We may wait until the product is back.

The cost of returning is yours. If a product has been damaged because you did more with it than was needed to assess it, we may set off that loss of value. Leafing through a book is fine; writing all over it is not.

When it does not apply: e-books and digital materials

That sounds strict, and that is exactly why it is arranged this way: you cannot return an e-book you have read. This rule is laid down in Dutch law (Article 6:230p(g) of the Civil Code) and applies to virtually every provider of digital products.

Services

For an advisory session, masterclass or keynote, your fourteen-day period applies, unless the session has already taken place within that period at your request. If the session has been partly delivered, you pay proportionally for what has already been done.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time as long as we have not shipped. You do not have to wait for delivery and there are no costs attached.
