We do not sell your data, do not rent it out and do not use it for advertising with third parties.
Where your data is held
We use a number of suppliers. A data processing agreement has been concluded with each of them.

We do not receive any card or account details ourselves. Those go straight to Mollie and stay there.
For how long
- Orders and invoices: seven years, the statutory retention period set by the Dutch tax authority.
- Your account and access to purchased materials: for as long as you keep that access. If you ask for deletion, you lose that access; we say so beforehand.
- Reading progress and notes: until you delete them or close your account.
Cookies and what stays in your browser
We do not place advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. What we do store in your browser:
- your language choice and the contents of your cart
- in the reader: your font size and whether you read in dark mode
- in the admin: a login cookie, for administrators only
These are functional data needed to make the site work. No consent is required for them.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted or take it to another party. You may also object to the processing. Email kevin@goodventure.nl for that; we respond within four weeks.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
